Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days.Please ensure that you enter the correct billing/shipping information BEFORE submitting your order. Please note shipping is only currently available for the U.S.

Once the assigned courier has confirmed the delivery of your package, we are no longer responsible for any lost/stolen items and cannot issue a refund. 

Pick Up:

Pick Up is available in the Memphis area only!!!!! If pick up is the option you would like, please place your order, pay as normal, and use the code 901 as the promotional code to have the shipping charges removed. Please be advised that there is still a processing time on pick up orders, 2-3 days, and you will be contacted directly when your order is ready.

Returns:

We believe in providing outstanding customer service and will do our best to assist with any issues or concerns you may have with your purchase. If for some reason your product need to be returned, please be advised that it must be returned in it's original state. And you must have a RA (Return Authorization) number.

To complete a return request, please email prettytrilltresses@gmail.com to obtain a RA #. Any return sent without a RA # will not be honored.
